OCTOBER 15, 2020 – Court Order Approved! 

There was no opposition by any party for the requested motions, all motions were approved by Judge Conway.   This included the motion to proceed with the development of a sales plan and close the resort as of January 6, 2021 (date tbc).   We encourage you to read all the documents below, as well, within the Transition Project section, to understand the background and how we got here.

SEPT 29, 2020 – Owner Survey Results

As you are all aware, the survey authorized by the Order of Justice Conway dated July 2, 2020 concluded on August 31, 2020.  The Administrator has worked with the survey provider to ensure the accuracy of the voting results, which are summarized in the attached communication that was emailed to Owners.
