DELINQUENT OWNERS

If you have received a LETTER TO DELINQUENT MEMBERS AND DO NOT THINK YOU ARE DELINQUENT OR you would like to PAY YOUR ACCOUNT IN FULL IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE SURVEY, please  contact CICR (Collections Agency) to resolve your account and they will CONFIRM SAME TO THE BDO ADMINISTRATOR.

JULY 17, 2020 – SURVEY SENT

The emailing of the COURT ORDERED – OWNER SURVEY began today, as well as, mailed to those without email addresses.   Please ensure you look in your Email Spam Folder if you haven’t received.   If by early next week you have not received yours via email, please contact BDO @   BDOCarriageRidge@bdo.ca.  Owners have until August 31, 2020 to complete the survey for each of your intervals, deciding whether you want to EXIT NOW or STAY.     If you don’t complete the survey, BDO will assume that you want to STAY.

Additional FAQs are also being put together to answer the questions to-date, along with some specifics on the SVC Points system for those EXITING and will be posted here when completed.

JULY 2, 2020 – COURT ORDER

 The Court Order was approved and endorsed by Judge Conway.   Below are the signed documents.   In summary the Owner Survey and Exit Fee were approved;  owners should expect to received the BDO Survey by mid July and will be asked to respond within 45 days (end of August).   The final logistics are work-in-progress;  additional information will be shared once the details are known.
